Myntra e-Gift Card

• This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.

• This E-Gift Card shall have a validity period of 6 months.

• This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• Multiple E- Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.

• E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.

• This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.

• In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.

• The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.

• Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.'

• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer

• If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.

• Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.

• Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com. shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards. .

• Myntra.com assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.

• Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.

• Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.

• Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.

• All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.

• All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

• This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against all sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.

• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 - 48 hours.

• Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into Myntra User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards.

Firstcry e-Gift Card

• The E-Gift Card can be used against your purchase on FirstCry.com.

• Customers must open a free account at FirstCry.com to redeem his or her E-Gift Card.

• Every EGC has a unique code. To redeem the E-Gift Card, enter this code in your shopping cart.

• Both EGC and credit card may be used to pay for your order. If both are used, we will charge the gift card first and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

• Unused E-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash.

• E-Gift Card are not replaceable if lost or stolen.

• E-Gift Card value can be redeemed in multiple purchases.

• E-Gift Card can be redeemed within a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.

• E-Gift Card may only be redeemed for orders shipped in India.

• E-Gift Card cannot be purchased through Cheque/Cash on Delivery.

• E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48-72 hours.

Hamleys Gift Voucher (Offline only)

• This card of Hamleys India a franchise of Reliance Lifestyle Holding Limited can only be redeemed at Hamleys stores in India

• (Except Delhi airport and other SIS Outlets) by presenting it to the cashier at the time of making a purchase.

• This card cannot be encashed. No cash refund in part/full will be provided.

• Hamleys/Reliance will not be responsible for lost card and no demand for replacement /compensation for the lost card will be entertained.

• Mutilated, defaced, duplicate or photocopy of the card will not be accepted or honoured.

• Once the card is issued/used, requested cancellation will not be entertained.

• The card will be valid 6 months from the date of activation. After such a period the card will no longer be valid for redemption. No request for extension of validity period will be entertained.

• The Gift card can be loaded only single time and used multiple times, till the balance is available.

• The card does not represent any underlying or identified goods or merchandise.

• The card represents an advance amount for the option to purchase merchandise offered for sale at a select store in future.

• Hamleys reserves the right to alter any/all the terms & condition of this card any time without prior notice.

• Decision of Hamleys in respect of any matter related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.

• The bearer of this card will be considered as a bonafide recipient of the benefits of redemption.

• All the disputes are subject to the Mumbai Jurisdiction

Netmeds Gift Voucher

• Gift Vouchers are only accepted online at www.netmeds.com

• Only 2 Gift Vouchers CAN be used in one transaction

• Gift Vouchers CANNOT be clubbed with offers/promotions available online

• Gift Card shall have a validity period of 6 months for redemption

MediBuddy - Gold 1 Month Plan

• You can take unlimited consultations for a period of 30 days and register up to a maximum of 6 family members.

• Codes can be redeemed either on Medibuddy App or Web platform only.

• Codes not valid on medicine orders and lab tests.

• Code is valid only for Doctor Consultation online through audio or video call depending on speciality and Doctor selected.

• Codes shall have a validity period of 6 months for redemption

Apollo Pharmacy Gift Vouchers – Attached( Offline only)

• This is Apollo Pharmacy Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on listed Apollo Pharmacy Outlets and not on any other products/services

• The person who has the Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary

• Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission

• Only One GV / GC can be used in one bill/transaction. Also, this is a One-time use GV / GC with an expiration date

• Gift Card shall have a validity period of 6 months for redemption

• No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.

• Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.

• Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC can be clubbed with on-going monthly FMCG (sponsored by brands) and Private Label offers.

• No other discounts (Including but not limited to offers like SSO and PL bill busters) can be availed while redeeming Apollo Pharmacy GV / GC

• Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.

• Apollo Pharmacy shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Apollo Pharmacy, GV / GC may not get accepted and Apollo Pharmacy shall have no liability for the same.

• Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.

• Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to deny accepting any Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC), if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
